He was predeceased by: his wife Kathelene Milligan; his parents, Archie G. Milligan and Etta Mae Milligan; and his brother Alton Milligan. He is survived by: his son James R. Milligan (Robin); his siblings, Donnie Mae Cole, Carolyn Hartley (Lawrence), Glenda Scrivner, Doug, Harold and Frankie Milligan; his granddaughter Miranda Killgore (Drew); and his great grandchildren, Grayson James Hallman and Sydera Ranae Hallman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lewis and Faye Manderson Cancer Center in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
