He is survived by: his wife Robben Hewitt; his children, Kimberly Marie Conway (Lawrence), Angel Hines White, Jerry Hewitt, Jr. (Heather) and Tony Gene Hines, Jr.; his siblings, Ann Matko, Cathy Dotts (Gary), Bill Hewitt (Pam), Chuck Hewitt (Cathy), Harry Hewitt (Debbie) and Danny Hewitt (Tina); his grandchildren, Garret Christopher Hewitt, Kaine Alexander Hines (Jenny), Gabriel Lee White and Sophie Amada White; his brother Eurijah Francis Conway; his great grandchild Saint; his friend Pam Repsher; and his close friends, Esa Baby and Apollo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests all donations be made to Homeless Connect, Love Inc., or a favorite charity.
