He was predeceased by: his parents, Alston Tillery and Nelle Tillery Hallman. He is survived by: his daughter Tara Leigh Tillery Foley (John); and his sisters, Diane Tillery Grimes and Donna Tillery Rhea.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of West Alabama.
