He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Phillips and Dorothy Phillips; and his son Scotty Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Mane Phillips; his children, Brandi Adams and Adam Phillips; and his brother Dale Phillips. He is also survived by several cousins, aunts, and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Samantha Volunteer Fire Department, the Montgomery Volunteer Fire Department or the New Hope Baptist Church Building Fund.
