It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kay Deavours of Northport, Alabama, born in Nauvoo, Alabama, who passed away on July 16, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Francis and Novella Francis; her son Jeff Deavours; and the father of her children Ted Deavours. She is survived by: her children, Dianne Welch, Allison Sweigard (Kenny Hooten) and Scott Deavours (Tanya); her pet Dandy; and her husband Ted Deavours. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, nieces and nephews, a host of close friends.
