She was predeceased by: her mother C. Gay Gay. She is survived by: her husband Eddie Hamner; her sons, Keith Hamner and Chad Hamner (Amy); her grandchildren, Wyatt, Elaina and Hunter; and her brother Phil Gay (Patsy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Memory Hills Gardens Cemetery (2200 Skyland E Blvd, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Carrolls Creek Baptist Church and Hospice of West Alabama in Cay's honor.
