She was predeceased by: her mother C. Gay Gay. She is survived by: her husband Eddie Hamner; her sons, Keith Hamner and Chad Hamner (Amy); her grandchildren, Wyatt, Elaina and Hunter; and her brother Phil Gay (Patsy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Carrolls Creek Baptist Church and Hospice of West Alabama in Cay's honor.
