He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fulmer and Shirley T. Fulmer; and his grandparents, T. L. and Ella Potts Fulmer. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Nabors Fulmer; his daughters, Tabitha Willcutt (Blake) and Christiane Turnipseed (Rick); his brothers, Robert Fulmer, Johnny Fulmer and Timmy Fulmer; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Blake Willcutt, Barrett Reed Willcutt, Daniel Henry Turnipseed and Katherine Reese Turnipseed.
