She was predeceased by: her husband James Breugem; her parents, Marion Richmond Wiggins and Lottie Lawrence Wiggins; her siblings, Linda Bardon (Charles), Johnny Wiggins (Bertha) and Jaudon Wiggins (Carolyn); and her nephews, David and Donald Glenn Bardon.
She is survived by: her daughter Jan Breugem Simpson; her son-in-law Richard Allan Simpson; her grandchildren, James Connor Simpson and Zoe Emily Simpson; and her brothers, Larry R. Wiggins and Lee O. Wiggins.
