He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Doc" Cunningham and Margaret Cunningham; and his brother William Troy Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith Cunningham; his daughters, Angie Phillips (Pat), April Sanders (Ronnie) and Ashley Lyons (Tim); his sister-in-law Bernice Cunningham; his brother Jimmy Cunningham, Sr. (Jean); and his grandchildren, Camden Sanders, Ava Sanders, Abby Lyons and Luke Lyons. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
