He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Thomas Sutton and Evelyn Sanders Sutton. He is survived by: his wife Carol Leigh Williams Sutton; his sons, David Christopher Sutton (Jennie) and Charlie Thomas Sutton (Cory); his sister Pat Mitchell; his grandsons, Dylan Sutton and Clayton Sutton; and his pets, Gizmo, Gadget, Gabbie, Harry and Zoey.

“I am a travel nurse and had the opportunity to meet Mr. Sutton on a nursing assignment. I became very fond of him. He was extremely appreciative of everything I did. I Spent many of nights caring for him and laughing with him. I want to thank you for allowing me to get to know such a special person. I was off at the time he passed and was devastated to find out when I returned to work that he would not be my patient that night. I am so sorry for your loss. Lisa Ottis, RN”
