He was predeceased by : his parents, George Burbank and Elma Burbank; and his brother Bill Burbank. He is survived by : his daughter Krista Burbank; his stepdaughter Kristal Young; and his sisters, Janice Hill (Ted) and Melanie Hall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Anniston Memorial Funeral Home (3865 US-431, Anniston, AL 36206). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
