He is survived by: his wife Sherry Bellan; his children, Matthew Bellan (Cassie), Mary Rose Bellan (Nathan Goh) and Brian Bellan (Hillary) of Covington, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Ellison and Will Bellan of Covington; his mother Edna Rose Bellan of Natchez, Mississippi; and his siblings, Michael Bellan (Jeri Ann) of Mandeville, Louisiana, Ann Bellan Mann (Roy) of Seattle, Washington and Larry Bellan (Susan) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
