He is survived by: his mother Patricia Ann Willcutt; his siblings, Tammy Kirchdoefer and Bob Smallwood; his grandmother Willodean Ray; and his cousins, Jackie Lee (Randy), Billy Shirley (Christi) and Matthew Lee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, aunts, and friends.
