He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Shockley; his children, Jennifer Elkins (Michael), Ronnie Shockley (Crimson), Lisa Kennedy (Brian), Dennis Shockley and Amy Garrett (Jason); his grandchildren, Lindsey Johnson (Cameron), Owen Carr, Adam Carr, Austin Kennedy, Anna Kennedy, Caitlin Kennedy, Jon Kennedy, MaKayla Kennedy, McKenzie Bridges and Bentley Bridges; his great grandchildren, Ellisyn Johnson and Briar Johnson; and his siblings, Hugh Shockley and Doris Shockley.
