He was predeceased by: his son Torrey Lowe; his parents, Ed Lowe and Alma Lowe; and his sisters, Elanor Adams, Pearlie Thomas and Betty Faye Rickman.
He is survived by: his wife Shelby Lowe; his children, Rodney Lane Lowe (Carrie), Kelsy Delane Lowe (Amanda) and Tiffaney Haynes (Bryan); his grandchildren, Jacob Lowe, Jordan Lowe, Haleigh Lowe, Rodney Lowe, Jr., Aubrey Haynes, Zachary Haynes, Skylar Haynes, Joshua Lowe, Richard Lowe, Alex Lowe, Brayden Lowe, Konnor Mayfield, Kallie Mayfield and Kinsleigh Mayfield; his great grandchildren, Sadie Holloway, Addelyn Lowe, Jordan Lowe, Jr., Carter Lowe, Marleigh Lowe, Liam Garcia, Harper and Rowen; and his brother Carlton Edward Lowe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
