She was predeceased by : her husband Ford Tilden Jackson; her parents, Horace Crenshaw and Johnnie Thomas Crenshaw; and her siblings, Donald, Paul, Roland Crenshaw, Betty Hering and Pauline Hughs.

She is survived by : her children, Melanie Ann Jackson and Brian Douglas Jackson; and her sister Geraldene Johnson.
