He was predeceased by: his wife Juanita Parker; his parents, Woodrow Parker and Vida Parker; and his sisters, Frances Phillips and Jane Cornelius.
He is survived by: his children, Eddie Parker, Karen Dixon (Danny), Susan Corley (Richard) and Yvonne Parker; his grandchildren, Ben Parker, Kaya Parker, Malachi Parker, Lance Nieto, Adam Altamirano, Brittany Roden, Jordan Malin, Anna Malin, Daniel Dixon, Melanie Johnson, Candace Hudgins, Magan Parker, Brian Jordan and Andy Jordan; his sister Wanda Faye Corley (Tommy); and his close friend Ruby McGowan. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lemley Funeral Chapel (6878 2nd Ave W, Oneonta, AL 35121). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
