With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cynthia D Dougherty of Oneonta, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 14, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herschel Cole and Mavis Cole (Jackie); her siblings, Darrell Cole, Dale Cole and Sharon Jones; and her nephew Bronson Cole.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Dougherty Jr. (Eddie); her children, Christy Gunter (Steven), Chasity Gregg (Michael), Charm Dougherty (Emily) and Trey Dougherty; her grandchildren, Austin (Hayley), Dylan (Katie), Casie (Hayden), Chase, Emma, Zane, Knox and Aurora; her great grandchildren, Hazel Rae, Ellie Grace and Hudson Brooks; and her sisters, Beverly Cole and Gail Flowers.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Liberty Community Church and Cemetery (171 Liberty Rd, Odenville, AL 35120).
