He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Frank Horsley and Nellie Self Horsley. He is survived by: his siblings, James Harold Horsley (Wanda), Linda Shackleford, Carol Inmon (Dewey) and Myra Hathcock (Randy). He is also survived by three nephews and two nieces.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lemley Funeral Chapel (6878 2nd Ave W, Oneonta, AL 35121). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
