She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bullard and Lillian Bullard (Swann); her husband Sammy Franklin; and her siblings, Willene Deavers of Faye Hogan, H. C, Kathleen Mann, Coy Bullard and Beatrice Isbell.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Washburn (Sara) and Lisa Green (Greg); her grandchildren, Jonathan Green (Rachel), David Green (Katelynn), Kathryn Green, Jacob Washburn (Courtney), Shelby Dykes (Dillon) and Brody Washburn; and her great grandchildren, Henry Cage Washburn and Evelyn Mae Dykes.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel (17885 AL-160, Cleveland, AL 35049). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
