He is survived by: his wife Amanda Duncan Hill; his mother Linda Holcomb Hill; his siblings, Pam Hill (Matt Hawkins), Leann Hill and Chris Hill; his stepdaughter Hope Glover (Brandon); and his nephew Ryan Hill.
