Linda Gail Strickland Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Gail Strickland (Oneonta, Alabama), who passed away on June 9, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Cheyenne Strickland; her parents, W. L. Adamson and Sibie Green Adamson; and her siblings, Wayne Daniel Adamson, Glenda Adamson, Dorothy Adamson, Martha Jo Bramlett and Frances Strickland.
She is survived by: her husband Earl Gayland Strickland; her children, Robin Adamson (Sheana Collins), Tommy Strickland (Lisa), Timmy Strickland and Teresa Payne (Michael); her grandchildren, Felicia Strickland, Tonny Strickland (Brandy), Jacci Martin (Johnny), Bud Strickland (Kelly), Dylan Payne (Madison), Devin Payne (Layna) and Chris Adamson; her great grandchildren, Aden Strickland, Aylee Strickland, Dominie Strickland, Finley Strickland, Raelynn Payne, Kaylnn Martin, Jacob Martin and Renley Payne; and her brother Edward Adamson (Sue).
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lemley Funeral Chapel (6878 2nd Ave W, Oneonta, AL 35121). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
