He was predeceased by: his parents, Baker Oatsvall and Mary Bates Oatsvall; and his brothers, Michael Oatsvall and David Oatsvalls. He is survived by: his wife Rose Asley Oatsvall; his sons, Marcus Lee Oatsvall, Jr. and John Oatsvall; and his granddaughters, Daisy and Lillie.
