He was predeceased by : his wife Bonnie Woodard Sloan; his parents, K. N. Sloan and Lucille Lowe Sloan; and his siblings, Curtis, Junior Sloan and Juanita Sloan.
He is survived by : his children, Donna Sloan Baba, David Sloan (Teresa), Debbie Buchanan (Tommy) and Patrick Sloan (Shari); his grandchildren, Nathan Baba, Katie Baba, Corey Buchanan, Meagan Cramer (Gary), Chloe Hester (CJ), Kailey Billiot (Adam), Dylan Sloan, Cecily Sloan and Madyson Sloan; and his great grandchildren, Carter Buchanan, Remi Billiot, Blakely Weaver, Noa Cramer and Asher Cramer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
