She is survived by: her children, Frank Cook (Shelia), Rhonda Maddox, Kimberly Wilson and Marsha Cook; her grandchildren, Farrah Brown (Mike), Stephany Maddox (Mike), Craig Wilson (Rachel), Matt Wilson (Nicole) and Allie Allcorn (Aaron); and her great grandchildren, William, Thomas, Madison, Ava, Parker, Hunter, Wyatt, Everett, Hallie, Avy and Axel.
