It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paulette H Putman of Oneonta, Alabama, who passed away on September 8, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Paulette has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. "Red" Hogland and Beulah Hogland; and her sister Helen Pate. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Putman; her children, Scotty Putman (Mary) and Amy Gilland (Pojo); her grandchildren, Ann Aleese Putman, Ian Putman, Eli Putman and Triston Gilland; and her sister Elaine Burchell.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Carmel Cemetery (991 County Hwy 29, Oneonta, AL 35121).
