He was predeceased by: his father Don Palmer. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Palmer of Oneonta and Joseph Palmer of Oneonta; his mother Janie Taylor of Peak's Corner; and his sisters, Kathy Palmer of Asbury and Cindy Harris of Peak's Corner, Several. He is also survived by Several Nieces & Nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rainsville Funeral Home (498 McCurdy Ave N, Rainsville, AL 35986). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rainsville Memorial Park (498 McCurdy Ave N, Rainsville, AL 35986).
