She is survived by: her husband Toney Perkins; her daughter Ashley Porterfield; her grandsons, Grayson Porterfield and Bentley Porterfield; her stepdaughter Christy Renae Kneesi; her grandsons, Tyler Kimbrel, Caden Grey and Colby Gaylor; and her sister Pam Boatright. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
