He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin and Rilla Wilson Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Emma Lowe; his daughters, Lorna Rivera (Juan) and Lisa Buse (Jesse); his grandchildren, Elisea Gesualdo, Leigha Rivera, Zach Buse (Anna), Adam Rivera (Emilee), Colton Buse (Mary Ashton), Christian Rivera (Amber) and Kaitlyn Buse Shaw (Stephen); and his sister Martha Blackmon. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lemley Funeral Chapel (6878 2nd Ave W, Oneonta, AL 35121). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
