We announce the death of Alan Lee of Opelika, Alabama, who passed away on September 17, 2026, at the age of 58. Alan will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He is survived by: his wife Gina Johnson Lee; his brother James Lee; his sister-in-law Valerie Lee; his sister Marie James; his siblings-in-law, John Anglin and Terry Anglin; his nephews, David Allen Tredwell, Shelton Lee, Michael James, Madison Yates, Zachary Anglin (Hannah), Nicholas Anglin and Carri Johnson; and his sister-in-law Myra Johnson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jeffcoat-Trant Funeral Home (1500 Frederick Rd, Opelika, AL 36801). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Auburn Bethany House or to Providence Baptist Church.
