He was predeceased by: his father Terry Crocker, Sr.; his grandparents, Eugene, Edna Crocker, A. B. and Estelle Champion; his stepfather Ralph Cotton; and his pet Ozzie.
He is survived by: his mother Jane Champion Cotton; his brothers, Terry Crocker, Jr. (Jan) of Macon, GA and Clay Crocker (Dana) of Gainesville, GA.; his siblings' children, Hannah Crocker Hammond (Zack), Alex Crocker and Camden Crocker of Gainesville, GA.; and his uncle Ronald Crocker (Susie) of Albertville, AL..
In Lieu of flowers, the family suggest that expressions of sympathy be made to Father's House Christian Fellowship Church (214 Morris Ave., Opelika) or St. Jude Children's Hospital in Andy's memory.
