She is survived by: her husband Carl Webb of Opelika, AL; her stepdaughter Tanakai Goosby of Opelika, AL; her daughter-in-law Betty Gibson of Opelika, AL; her grandson Malik Gibson of Opelika, AL; her siblings, Durr Ashmore of Auburn, AL, William "Bill" Ashmore of Opelika, AL and Hazel Lindsey of Opelika, AL; her brother-in-law Willie L. Walton; her aunt Mary Foster of Knoxville, TN; and her cousin Mary Collins of Opelika, AL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Viewing was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The lying in state was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church (2000 S Uniroyal Rd, Opelika, AL 36801). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
