He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Hamby and Clara May Hamby; his children, Richard Hamby, Betty Lindsey (Byron Lindsey) and Jeff Gazaway; and his daughters-in-law, Rhonda Hamby and Becky Hamby.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hamby; his children, Johnny Hamby (Jean), Ronald Hamby, Jack Hamby (Belinda), Michael Gazaway (Katrina), Kimberly Maranville (Tim), Amanda Blackmon (Kennith), Johnnathan Hamby (Tammy) and Jennifer Jennings (Jason); and his grandchildren, Stephanie Farrow (John), Delaine Hicks (Eljay), Jason Hamby (Michelle), Jacob Hamby (Melanie), Nathan Hamby (Amy), Aaron Hamby (Valerie), Tabatha Nelson (Ben), Jessica Bowen (Adam), Jackie Hamby Jr. (Heather), Anthony Hamby (Amber), Brad Hamby (Hannah), Erica Brown (Chris), Alexis Swenson (Jonathan), Alyssa Barnes (Cody), Katie Talley (Zach), Corey Maranville (Lexy), Brittany Wood (Jacob), Desirae Worthy (Caleb), Austin Blackmon (Bailey), Cason Blackmon (Kate), Davin Blackmon (Haley), Selena Smith (Jazz), Rachel Reap, Tammy Hamby, Stephen Hamby, Rebekah Hamby Nikolai Gazaway, Kristen Gazaway, Noah Gazaway, Michael Gazaway and Tyler Gazaway. He is also survived by great-grandchildren totaling 69 and cherished great-great-grandchildren totaling 27, as well as many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hope Harvest Community Center in Bobby's honor.
