He was predeceased by: his parents, David Ayers and Kay Ayers. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Ayers; his son Chase Holloway (Miranda); his stepdaughter Rachel Cooper (Adam); his siblings, Kim Eason (Kevin) and Keith Ayers (Sharon); his mother-in-law Barbara Harney; and his siblings-in-law, Robin Hill, Theresa Cartee (Robert) and Joe Hanson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
