He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his daughter Leslie (Glenn); his granddaughter Evie (Christian); his sister Jan Davis Roller (Thomas); and his sister-in-law Sara Davis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
