She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmus Woolard and Marlene Woolard. She is survived by: her husband Brian John Provancher; her children, Crystal Alexander (Joseph), Amanda Mack (Terrance) and Jeremy Provancher; her grandchildren, Gavin, Norah and Olivia; and her brothers, Mark (Kelly), Gerald (Ginny) and David Woolard. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
