She was predeceased by: her husband James Ramsey; and her parents, Arthur Sims and Ethel Findley Sims. She is survived by: her sister Jackie Sims Holt; and her children, Robert Sims (Rita), Debbie Massengale (Dwayne), Moneika McFalls (Maurice), Isom Ramsey (Rhonda) and Melette Ramsey.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Marvyn Parkway Baptist Church (3001 Marvyn Pkwy, Opelika, AL 36801). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
