She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bruce Bufford and Mary Diggers Bufford; her husband George Lawrence Waters; and her siblings, Rusty Bufford, Leo Bufford and Mary Ann Crumpton.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Union Christian Church. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
