He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Ott. He is survived by: his father Harold Ott; his wife Vicky Lee Smith Ott; his son Christopher Andrew Ott; and his siblings, Dean Ott (Amy), Jeff Ott (Deana) and Rhonda Fuller (Jerry). He is also survived by nephews and their children.
