Copeland Jackson; his children, Sharon Howard (Charles), Jack Jackson, Jr. and Cynthia Jackson; his grandchildren, Trinity Howard and Cassandra Griffin; his great grandchildren, Edward Howard, David Varner, Cayden Griffin and D'Lani May; his children, Tommie Willis (Elaine), Gwendolyn Scott, Alvin Askew and Roscoe Willis (Collandra Collier); his grandchildren, Joshua, Demisha Dunn, Brentley Henderson, Vandra Askew Minnifield, Alvin Askew, Alaya Askew, Aleyah Askew and Alvion Askew; and his great grandchildren, Sureye Willis, Mahogany Willis, Jerry Walker, Micaiah Pollard, Major Greathouse and M'Haire Greathouse. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel (612 M. L. King Drive SE, Lafayette, AL 36862). The lying in state was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Nebo Missionary Baptist Church (5231 Co Rd 389, Cusseta, AL 36852). A burial was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at the Mt. Nebo Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery (5231 Co Rd 389, Cusseta, AL 36852).
