He is survived by: his wife Jewel Saylor Leonard; his children, Jack Everett Leonard Jr. and Barbra Jan Leonard; his granddaughters, Christina Leonard, Laura Whetstone DuBois and Ashly Leonard; his great grandchildren, Katharine DuBois, Tirion DuBois and Liadrinn DuBois; and his siblings, Margie Matchen (Ken) and Jerry Leonard (Nadean).
