He was predeceased by: his parents, Romaine "Bozo" Lund and Mary Stearns Lund; and his brothers, Kurt Lund and Michael Lund. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lund; his daughters, Christina Lund, Jessica Lund, Tricia Hamman and April Hamman; his grandchildren, Jason Stanfield, LaDiamond Maddox, Dezavion Howard, Aubrie Turner, Kynzilee Johnson and Zylin Johnson; his sister Linda Mason; his niece Rachel Mason; and his nephew Jordan Mason.
