He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Milby and Frances Milby. He is survived by: his wife Lucylynn; his son James M. Ivie (Kendra); his grandchildren, Dustin, Samuel and Tabetha; his son Christopher R. Ivie (Elizabeth); his grandsons, William, Alexander, Benjamin and Theodore; his daughter Catherine A. Ivie; his sister-in-law Letha C. Davidson; and his pet Miss Kitty.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider sending donations to Adaptive Sports Program in Santa Fe, a program he enjoyed volunteering for.
