She is survived by: her children, Terri Bates (Craig) and Travis Wiggins; her grandchildren, Caitlin Bates (Gunner Magnuson), Josh Wiggins, Baylee Bates, Paul Carson and MacKenzie Wiggins; her great grandchild Rory Wiggins; and her siblings, Dorothy Wagnon and Sherrill Nichols.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Frederick-Dean Funeral Home & Crematory (1801 Frederick Rd, Opelika, AL 36801). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Fort Mitchell National Cemetery.
