Karen Owens Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Karen Owens (Opelika, Alabama), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 7, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Reese H. Davis Jr.; and her grandparents, John E. Brown, Jewell Railey Brown, Reese H. Davis Sr. and Esther Davis.
She is survived by: her mother Jenell B. Davis; her husband Rocky Owens; her daughter Natalie Owens Johnson; her siblings, Reese Davis (Bo), John (Scott), Davis (Marcia) and Charlayne Davis (Layne); her aunt Barbara Keaton; and her grandchildren, Julie Elisabeth and Owen Robert Johnson. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pepperell Baptist Church (2702 2nd Ave, Opelika, AL 36801). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers, Karen would ask to donate directly to an Autism Support of Alabama.
