We announce the death of Melba Rodgers (Opelika, Alabama), who passed away on June 15, 2026, at the age of 78. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie "Red" McCormick and Roma Lee McCormick; her husband Bobby Rodgers; and her siblings, Brenda Bleskoski and Brian McCormick.
She is survived by: her daughter Wendy Sides (Michael); her grandchildren, Lacie Roberson-Brown (Skye), Jake Sides (Ryanne) and Morgan Johnston (Dustin); her great grandchildren, Stetson Sides, Lorelai Sides and Sawyer Johnston; and her sister-in-law Betty Glass. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
