He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his sons, Richie Thrift (Amanda) and Martin Thrift (Nan); and his grandchildren, Brittani Thrift, Grace Thrift and Rhett Thrift.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jeffcoat-Trant Funeral Home (1500 Frederick Rd, Opelika, AL 36801). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
