He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Spratlin and Mary Burgess Spratlin; and his brothers, Jack Spratlin and Frank Spratlin Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Carol Bass Spratlin; his daughters, Patricia Jackson (Dylan Jackson) and Kimberly Richmond (Michael Richmond); and his grandchildren, Hunter Richmond, Logan Richmond, Claire Richmond, Lee Richmond, Cambree Jackson and Michael Richmond Jr.. He is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
