He is survived by: his wife Myrna Ford-Collins; his children, Tiffany Collins, Eric Collins, Desiree Collins and Malcolm Collins; his stepdaughter Aishia Ford; his siblings, Henry "Hank" Collins II (Cynthia), Robin Collins and Doris Collins; and his aunt Clara Cooper. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
