He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Lewis and Delores Lee Lewis; and his brothers, Otis Lamar Lewis, Jr. and Michael Edward Lewis. He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah Lewis Davidson (Donald) and Larry Miles (Octavia); his aunt Sarah Lewis; and his siblings' children, Amber Dixon (Curtis), Crystal Burge (Sedrick), Shonya McKinley (Kenneth) and Nicholas Dixon (Amanda).
